Returns & Refund Policy

At Decoaman, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall art purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and included hardware must be returned

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • The product must not be customized beyond the standard options offered on the product page


2. Return Authorization Process

Before returning any item, you must first request approval by contacting us at:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Instructions for proper packaging

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly displayed on the package

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect product, size, or design received

  • Missing parts or mounting hardware

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products (including designs with added text or images)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling


5. Exchanges

To exchange a product, you must first complete the return process for the original item and then place a new order separately. Any approved refund or store credit can be used toward your new purchase.


6. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Additional processing time of 3–10 business days may apply depending on your bank or payment provider
